When our long time friends (and clients) Roxanne + Todd called on us to help plan Todd's milestone birthday, we were ecstatic and jumped right in. With less than 7 weeks to plan everything we called on our favorite vendors to help pull it all together. While we are still in the midst of a pandemic*, things were stable for a minute and we went for it!

We strategized with Encore Event Rentals to ensure the tent would be just right - and little did we know there would be an atmospheric river 12 days prior to the event. Luckily everything dried out on the client's lawn just in time for us to start building the tent. The folks at Impact Lighting created a stunning lighting plan that let all the details shine. Encore's farm tables paired beautifully with Theoni Collection Gramercy Chairs (their sleigh base was a perfect match for the tender grass) and La Tavola Linens were the perfect accent as well. We LOVED how our centerpiece collaboration with Fantasy Florals turned out. The plantings were perfection and the bike gears tucked in with the moss, pods, greens and succulents was just the right touch.

We had been waiting for the right event to introduce Bruno the vintage Bubbles + Brew cart and boy, was he a hit! Loaded up with sparkling wine, Fort Point IPA and Italian soda, there was a little something for everyone. And of course Celebrations of Marin styled the cart with her amazing balloons. Chef Ryan Scott and his RS2Go team nailed the appetizers and farm to table meal - focused on micro-local elements and some fantastic cheeses (we know this first hand as we were honored to also be two of the 70 guests.) We topped the night off we espresso drinks by Sweet Springs coffee cart and some tunes spun by Dj Airsun.

* Our client ensured the safety of all of the guests and vendors by bringing in on-site PCR testing for rapid results during the first part of the party. This way everyone was safe to mix + mingle, give hugs and enjoy the most special night in a vineyard in Napa Valley.
