What better way to ring in 60 years of life than by arriving to your beautifully curated birthday party on a private yacht? That's what our client had in mind when she started planning her big day. It was a perfect evening in Sausalito at the historic Spinnaker restaurant. We created a bougie lounge with custom furniture rentals, luxury linens and a live band. It gave off major supper club vibes.
We love designing unique touches for our curated events. While we ABSOLUTELY enjoy working at The Spinnaker, the entrance to the event space wasn’t quite guest ready for this momentous occasion. So, we decided to create a WOW moment right at the front door to make an unforgettable first impression. Not only was it the first thing you could see walking into the space, but it made the space more private from the hallway and the rest of the restaurant. We also love making everything a double dip—so the installation didn’t just serve as a WOW moment, but also doubled as a selfie station, creating the perfect spot for a photo opportunity.
Our honoree LOVES Champagne so we knew we wanted to create a Bubble Bar. Our task: designing custom vinyl lettering to install on a rental bar, which was a great focal spot in the room. The set up of the space was a combination of small rounds, lounge seating and a few high top tables with bar stools, which allowed flexibility for the guests to mingle. We invited a sommelier to join us for the first 90 minutes, offering a wine tasting that featured selections the hosts had collected throughout the years and during their travels.
