We had the absolute pleasure of helping Ellery celebrate her Bat Mitzvah at the Rosewood Sandhill in Menlo Park. We've been working with Ellery's family for many years...so they are VIP clients that we'll leave Marin to curate milestones events for! It was truly an unforgettable day filled with joy, tradition, and so many special memories. From the heartfelt temple service to the sweet moments of the evening, every detail was carefully planned to make this milestone celebration as meaningful and fun as possible.

The day began with a beautiful and meaningful temple service, where Ellery stood proudly to mark her Bat Mitzvah—a rite of passage that symbolizes growth, faith, and the beginning of a new chapter in her life. Afterward, guests gathered for a delicious kiddish luncheon catered by the amazing Style Wise Catering, who kept everyone well-fed with an array of tasty noshes. And because no celebration is complete without something fun, we also had a boba station—a refreshing twist that was a big hit with guests of all ages!

Next, we moved the party to the stunning Rosewood Sandhill, where the setting was nothing short of magical. The teens gathered around chic, low picnic tables styled by Picnic Potential, offering a cozy and stylish hangout space that made everyone feel relaxed and at ease. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed their own space in the lounge, providing a perfect balance of comfort and elegance for everyone.

One of our favorite design elements of the night was the gorgeous greenery wall adorned with balloons and a custom marquee ‘E.’ This striking photo op became an instant favorite with guests, offering a beautiful backdrop for polaroid snapshots and sweet notes that captured the essence of the evening and Ellery’s milestone.

As a fun and personal touch, guests had the opportunity to choose from custom screen-printed totes and t-shirts designed by The Lords of Print, ensuring everyone had a unique memento to remember the day. The keepsakes were a hit, and guests had so much fun selecting their favorites!

The Grand Finale: Dancing, Candy Bars, and Sweet Memories

As the evening progressed, everyone moved inside for some dancing with MC Krystal from Denon & Doyle, where the energy soared and the celebration continued with lots of singing and plenty of smiles. Plus an amazing candy bar, which not only satisfied everyone’s sweet tooth but also provided a perfect touch to end the evening on a high note.
